We implemented Pardot to tie all their lead generation sources and automatically qualify leads and bring in into Salesforce for nurturing. We were able to use best in class connector from MuleSoft to integrate Sales cloud with their service application Dealersocket which organization to track Customer Lifetime Value(CLV) in Salesforce . Client now had the ability to automatically create renewal opportunity based on lease expiration date and end of warranty
