Skills, Role & Responsibilities	Job Description Responsibility includes bridging the gap between legacy and modern technologies. Responsible for business analysis, process mapping, requirement elicitation, and ensuring the highest quality of the systems and processes that support healthcare and payment network operations. Work on legacy technologies (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, SQL, Rexx, Eazytrieve) on IBM Mainframe platforms to maintain and upgrade systems. Innovate and enhance systems using Big Data, Hadoop, Java, Python, Agile, Scrum, Microservices, APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create Business Requirements (BRD), and plan testing strategies. Implement automation testing using tools like Selenium, QTP, Tosca, AI/ML, Azure, CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitHub. Skills, Role & Responsibilities	Required Skills Design Test Plan, Test Approach and Test Strategy documents. Provide time effort estimates for Script creation and test execution. Facilitate SME review of test scenarios and test conditions. Create and maintain requirement traceability matrix to ensure all the requirements are covered during testing. Design and execute moderately complex testing architecture methodologies, programs, scenarios, scripts or procedures. Analyze and document problems with program functions, outputs, online screens or content that require judgement based on the output of the testing/ quality programs. Design automation scripts and functional end to end test cases and execute the same Support technical support staff and Application Developers to identify and resolve defects. Automate redundant work and create reusable scripts to save time. Document software defects, monitor defect resolution efforts and create and maintain databases of known test defects. Ensure that software test plans are executable and created in a way that identifies software problems and their causes. Conduct root cause analysis for the defects along with the team Involve in providing strategies in the selection of automation tools for the client. Create proof of concepts for multiple tools in the selection process and will be the point of contact for identifying the modules for automation and driving it forward. Act as liaison between Clients, Onshore Leads, development team and offshore test team. Take knowledge handover from the client SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), analyze the requirements, document the same and provide knowledge transfer sessions to offshore team. Coordinate the complete software cycle starting from analysis phase till deployment to production. Travel - Travel/Relocate and frequent travel to unanticipated offsite locations.
